If you love whales and horses, this is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
 
Sat. August 22nd from 9am - 7pm
 
Led by Kate Neligan, an animal communicator and animal-assisted life coach/healer who has also taken an ocean therapy training. Kate will bring in channeled wisdom messages from the animals, the sea, and the land that we encounter throughout the day.
 
To begin the day we'll sail out of Morro Bay to whale watch and hopefully see otters, dolphins, sea lions, and an abundance of whales as it's peak season. Note: the boat tours don't guarantee sightings but do everything they can to find them and are usually successful. 
 
During our time (2+ hours) on the boat we will be engaged in mindfulness activities that include sound meditations, joy-filled music making to call and then sing-to/celebrate the whales, and learning about mermaids, sea mammals, and the depths of the sea as medicine. A selection of beautiful poems will be provided as well. 
 
Then well enjoy an incredible lunch surrounded by the natural beauty of volcanic plugs known as the Nine Sisters. At lunch well have time to reflect on the morning and set intentions for the afternoon. We'll learn about the spirit messages of the animals we were with and also talk about our wild inside. Well embrace the wild woman archetype that may be missing from our lives.
 
And well end the day at a large wild horse sanctuary to be, breathe and feel blessed by incredible horse herds. During this 3+ hour tour well also take photos and learn about the equines and how they are different in the wild.  Well also meditate to connect and bring forward their wild wisdom. 
 
Investment is $975 and includes all activities, a lunch, snacks and drinks (i.e. water/juice), printouts, and digital photo album from Kate.
 
Must provide your own transportation to meet at activities or meet in San Miguel to go with Kate (3 spots available in her car).

Logistics: Everything is somewhat close driving-wise for the day and is in SLO County. If you are coming into the area for this retreat it would be recommended to get a hotel on Fri. and Saturday in San Luis Obispo, Avila Beach, Morro Bay or Los Osos and recommendations are available if needed.
