In To AWE is an introductory training retreat in Paso Robles, CA from October 19th - 21st. 
 
During our time together we will cover the key teachings in the three curriculum modules from the Awakening With Equines certification.
 
In this highly experiential weekend retreat, you will learn and then practice the core concepts of the unique AWE model. 
 
The 3 modules are:
Spiritual Psychology
Horse Psychology
Success Psychology
 
The core concepts include teachings on: emotionally intelligent facilitation styles, foundational spiritual psychology skills, human-animal bond exercises, animal communication, healing/energy work, setting up sessions for success, and business development and marketing.
 
This weekend is designed to be an intimate, small group (i.e. 2-5 students). Each participant will be working on themselves as a facilitator, their relationship with horses, and on their business.
 
Kate's coaching will be personalized to each participant so each person receives solutions for her unique offerings and business. The intention is that you will be able to easily integrate all of your learning into your new equine-partnered practice or take your current one to the next level of growth and expansion. 
 
Co-leading the training are Kate's 3 horses and 5 goats and will be based on a private nature-based ranch with acreage, views, and an arena that is close to downtown Paso Robles, CA.
 
You will also be encouraged to bring your own animal(s) into the training through photographs/energy and communicate with them on how they would like to partner with you. 
 
This unique training is only offered once a year as an easy/affordable way to dive into the AWE modules without needing to commit to or wait for the 6 month certification program which won't run again until the Summer of 2027. 
 
The weekend includes:
Catalyst call before the weekend for Kate to understand your major intentions/goals
Monday/Tuesday training days include lunch, snacks, beverages (10am - 5pm/day)
Wednesday training day includes breakfast (9am - 11:30am)
Post follow-up integration call on Mon. Nov. 2nd at Noon PT
 
You will be responsible for travel into the area and to/from the ranch each day, as well as for your housing. Kate can make suggestions for local hotels and airbnbs that are affordable esp. during the week and are about 15 minutes away.
