Equine energy is incredibly unique, potent, illuminating, and restorative. Understanding how to support it for yourself and for others is a bit of an art form that can be learned and practiced.
Many people know there is just "something about a horse" and that being with them is innately healing. The EAL/EAP space continues to grow and groundwork with horses is a beautiful way to be eye-to-eye and partner with them. However, laying on a table to truly receive their energetic contributions is a whole new world of possibility.
We are at a crucial time in humanity's awakening when our horses are ready to be seen for the depth of their gifts and superpowers. We can learn a lot from them with basic exercises and surrendering to their energy work is where the deepest transformation can take place.
If your horse(s) are calling you to this work, you are ready and one of the best places you can learn is from a Master Horse Healer and an advanced practitioner.
Together, with my mare Lindsey who will be with us from the Heaven Herd, and my past experience offering these sessions for over 10 years, you will learn the LindsKat Way.
This is a first-of-its-kind course and the only one that is horse-first and led co-hosted with a Horse.
The LindsKat Way is not a method to follow, it's a way of being that integrates the human-horse connection. It's the best of an incredible OTTB brood mare Lindsey who taught Kate so much and now wants to teach you! Plus the best of Kate's healing practice which has also been guided by her Master's in Spiritual Psychology.
This 6 week course covers the basics you need, as well as some advanced concepts that will support those new to these sessions AND for those who have already begun this sacred offering.
The program is based on 3 main modules that cover:
Module 1: The How to... what to do/not do that sets you up for the greatest success (i.e. facilitation 101)
- 2: The Get to.... partnering with horses in this way is a gift and we need to truly understand how they work best for these sessions to be honoring (i.e. horse partnership - taught by my herd and yours!)
Module 3: The Give to... who and how you want to serve and what your unique gifts are to give and weave with horses (i.e. think business plan/marketing so this can be sustainable)
Plus practice time and experiential application. All online on Zoom.
Course Begins: October 15th 2026 and ends Nov. 19th 2026
Classes are Thursdays at 12:00pm PT and last 2 hours.
Recordings will be available as well as a resource document
Week 1: How To...
- Learn the basics of what to do before, during, and after sessions
- Set-up and equipment will be covered and it's important
- Learn how to troubleshoot in real time if issues arise and what not to do
- Understand what's really happening and what equine energy actually is and how it flows
- Begin to understand how you will weave in your unique gifts to this process
Week 2: Get To....
- Learn how the horses work best and what makes them engaged and disengaged
- Learn how to ask them for help when needed and what they will want from you in co-creation
- Lean how to read body language and what they are doing and how to work with your intuition to understand what they are communicating
- Bring your horse(s) to class (i.e. through a photo) and you'll have a process to ask them about this sacred space together
Week 3: Q&A
- Bring your pressing questions with any curiosities, concerns and celebrations
- I will dive into specifics to support you and we will also ask Lindsey directly through animal communication
- Plus, I'll start with a short overview of how other animals enjoy and participate in this work
Week 4: Practice Makes Progress (Homework week - no in-person class)
- You will practice two sessions (one for yourself and one for a loved one or client) and if you don't have horses to partner with, you will play with other animals in specific set-ups. You will work on journaling what you notice, using your intuition, and growing your healing abilities.
Week 5: Video Review
- You will watch videos in class of numerous horses offering these sessions and interpretations will be discussed
- You will watch videos on your own and bring comments/questions to class
- You will share your videos to potentially be chosen for class to receive feedback as well
Week 6: Give To....
- Determine your ideal clients, program, and offering including pricing
- Learn how to share these sessions with the world so you attract your soulmate clients
- Work on messaging that honors your gifts, the horses, the horse world, and your clients
- Release any chiron wounds that could be in the way of the LindsKat Way

- Those who want to do this because it's trendy and popular right now and who are wanting this to be a movie-esque experience that is more about views, followers, money, and sensationalism rather than deep transformation.
- Someone who isn't ready to see big results, change, and releases in themselves or their clients
Some notes:
- You don't need your own horses to do this if you have access to partner with others' horses. While a herd is incredibly magical, I started with just one horse and that is completely okay for you too.
- If you are already doing this sacred work, you will learn a lot of new things that will help you improve and grow this offering in the world and you'll be with a loving community and get to understand your horses even better
- While I have my own way of offering this, this program is for you to be you with your horses and clients. You'll need to own your energetic signature and unique gifts and offerings (i.e. reiki, sound, massage, etc.).
