In every coaching session self-care comes up in the discussion because it's critical to our well-being and happiness.
I'm still on my own self-care journey and so I created this simple tracking tool which will help you stay on course. All of my clients love it and enjoy self-care as an act of self-love!
Here are the steps to using this tool:
1) Just pick a couple activities that you want to commit to each week under each category and fill out your own list in an Excel document.
2) Be specific about your time commitment for each and schedule it on your calendar.
3) Keep this list by your pillow or on your desk so you see it each day.
4) Create an affirmation to keep you grounded in WHY you have a self-care practice.
5) Then watch the beautiful changes unfold!
